Hi guys I'm lurking on to this thread and hoping our cases get transferred too.

For those June-July 2019 who were transferred, do you guys have LIN or IOE receipts?

Mine PD is Aug 22, IOE filer, just couldn't help but get excited.

Thank you! 😁

Thanks!

Just a little more wait for you guys while I'll try not to be too excited that I get impatient with this whole waiting thing. 😅

Texas currently approves cases in like 6 months. I wonder why they don't balance the processing times to 9-10 months by transferring more cases to TSC. Good Luck!

Yeah right I saw that. They are pretty quick after transferring all the cases. In Feb of 2019, NSC's processing time was 7 months.

How are they processing June but still have people from February?

I'm so frustrated with everything. I saw on the thread that Nebraska is processing March while Vermont is processing June. This does not make sense when I was a Jan transfer. I hope I hear something by the end of this week or at least by the end of next week. I just don't understand why we are transferred for faster processing but its not happening.

I don't know. Let's not get depressed and keep our heads up. I'm going to call again on Friday to see what's going on.

I agree. I'm calling Friday and will update you. You and Youssef should be getting an approval before me I'm LIN1990264*** and I'm confused my Priority Date says 2/15/2019 but my NOA says 2/19/2019 but the second NOA for the transfer was 1/21/2020. Which date are we supposed to go by?

Don't worry or get depressed. Hang in there. You all are gonna get the approval very soon. They have approved only 2 June cases. I am assuming those 2 cases might have sent 129K with their cases. If you sent 129, they might approve faster. Honestly, they haven't worked any of the June cases yet. Currently they are working 2-3 cases per day from Feb 12, 13 and 14 PDs. NSC's current processing time is March 10th based on Visa Journey's data, and their data is only valid based on the members' input. Also, when you check the timeline, you can still see that people from even December 2019 have't got approval from NSC. From what I know the only thing that is valid is the above bold words.

The date NSC received your case is the priority date for you.

They are working on Feb 11 too. I thought you were 12. That's why I didn't add 11 there. What I think is all these days are with different officers, that's why we see random approvals. But they are working 2-3 cases per day for all those dates.

I’m not even going to call anymore. I’ll just wait and see. How long did yours take to be approved?
