Not 100% sure, but maybe 258 will go to one group of officers.  I seen online that the department try to work on about 26000 case per a day, it seems like a lot but that what I read

online.

26000 is a big number. I think it includes all the service centers and all types of cases.

I setup an myuscis account and my case just shows "Received," but my case was transferred and I did get a letter in the mail about it.  When I use the online status check, it reports my case was transferred.  I wonder why my myuscis account isn't updated??

best thing try to call customer service and have them transfer you to an agent, they have specialist that only handles online glitches and so on.

When you guys are listing dates VSC is working on is this the date your file was transferred or your NOA1 date?   My file went to Vermont on Feb 4, 2020.  However, my NOA1 date is July 2, 2019.

I only added the date that was transferred on vsc but the original date with Nebraska stayed the same, so it actually shows up on nebraska and on vsc.

It had taken only 10 days for action on my case. From months at the NSC to just days at the VSC, I was pleased(ish). If i'd not received an RFE, (don't know what it's for yet, as not gotten the notice), I think there may have been an approval.
