I've seen several people in this thread mention calling - can someone direct me where to call? I've tried calling a few places and they usually rang out with no option to wait for an operator or leave a message.

You call the USCIS contact center number 18003755283, and always press options for 'you don't have a receipt number'. You will get to speak to an agent. That's what I do.

I called USCIS today and my case also has been transferred to Vermont. Many of mid June cases were transferred yesterday (Feb 3 2020).

Lets hope they can focuse on all the transfers soon.

Vermont is processing and approving transferred cases from February, and they are quicker than NSC. Thanks for the information and welcome to the group.

How do you see recent approvals? do you know what their PD is?

You can use the case tracker app on mobile and search cases. For example I usually search LIN1990261360 and search around 300 cases. Same way you can do LIN1990259700 and seach around 300-400 cases. Lol I have been collecting data for how many cases they work a day. From 261 they work like 3 cases a day. From 258 they are like 5 cases a day (258 got more cases compared to 261 and 259). 259 got only less cases.

I have been searching 500 cases from the last ending 100 numbers cases then I select only I 130 forms, from the 500 it dropped to 200 cars or so. Last time I checked it had 20 approvals and 9 needed more evidence and 1 rejection

i am sure we are moving day by day

it it only shows case numbers that’s all

Yeah no personal details. Just case numbers.

I wish they processed faster tho. Just from the look of it from Feb 11 and 12, they got almost 100-150 i130 cases. Feb 13 and 14 and lower. If they work 3-5 cases a day, it will take at least  month to process cases from Feb 11, 12, 13, 14.

Also, I have seen a case, where it directly went from transferred to new office to sent to department of state, skipping case was approved status.
