This is my case history. yeah same here. I didn't know about it. I just created an account. I always thought the account they mention was the one with the email. I had that account. It is pretty cool. Basically we all have the same status changes except the 27th one.

more or less same with our process.. our 1st receipt date is on 14 Feb 2019, on 14 Jan 2020 case transferred to CA and 24 Jan 2020 case transferred to VA..

Today I checked the case tracker and they started approving the cases. 4-5 cases got approved on 28th 29th and 30th. Looks like they are working on it soon. They will get to ours soon too.

Here what I received today  and notice date is from the 24th of January 

 

we we have completed a preliminary review of the application or petition and now Vermont service center has jurisdiction over my case.

 

what usually happens at the completed review that was already done?

We all might have got that. So now it is clear, they transferred to CSC and then to VSC. But, I am still wondering how they knew on Jan 14th, that they would transfer my case to VSC on 24th (an agent told me this on 14th). 

 

As far the preliminary review, when I checked yesterday the case tracker app, there were couple of cases in which VSC asked for additional documents. I am assuming, NSC did a preliminary review and decided which cases need additional documents and which are ready to be approved. Just my assumption tho.

i was thinking that too cause I seen that,

 

was just confused used with the dates,

 

hopefully someone who got approved can tell us and went thru the same process and so on.

I haven't checked my mail yet. I will check it today evening or tomorrow morning. Yeah dates they are working on is confusing. They worked some from 11th and some from 12th. I think it depends on the assigned officers.
