Case was transferred and a new office has Jurisdiction

Look at what I attached in the photo,  looks like only a few cases has changed this time, but on the 13th, 14th and 24th it was bunch of cases that all changed at the same time frame, but not this time sounds like they might be starting to work on the cases that was recently transferred.

 

the agent told me earlier they do move them for you guys benefits to speed up the process.

 

lets hope more to happen in all our cases sooner then soon.

I haven't got any emails yet. My status is still the same from 24th of January. Do you guys have the same case status on USCIS page or it was just an email?

I feel like they are electronically transferring necessary files for review and they are working on it. Thus, we are getting lot of these emails and transfers. This is just my assumption

It’s about time to start doing something, especially we are 12 months

and going on 13 months of waiting time and some of the other services do complete everything at 13 months that’s for the whole process

yeah true it is taking a long time and they also know that. They gotta do house cleaning and try processing faster. Hopefully guys, we get an approval soon. I really miss my wife now.

I miss mine too, I haven't seen her since September when she came to the UK (we went to Spain for a week also),  I used to go to her every 3 months or so and spend 4 weeks there, I haven't done that since we filed because of the stories about getting through customs with a pending i-130 😕

Last time I met my wife was in September of 2019 as well. I went there for my brother in law's wedding. I was able to spend only 2 weeks there. We have to hang in there. Sometimes it is so sad guys. Hopefully they approve soon and NVC process it faster.

My status got changed to Jan 27 today morning. Everything else is same. Are you guys gonna call and ask about it or just wait and see what's going on? Also, I see almost 30-40% of cases got changed, and other cases are from Jan 24th.

It don’t hurt to call,

 

 

any any update is better then nothing at least we know someone is concerned about our cases.
