Case was transferred and a new office has Jurisdiction

It’s hard to believe that it was never transferred from Nebraska, once those transfers gets recorded on to the system and we get paper mail stating that then it’s a legal transfer,

 

i think the location that was transferred to decided to send it back cause realistically they are busier then Nebraska.

Yeah right I cannot believe that too that it was there the all time. Agents are different. Two of them told me it went to Vermont and one told me it was in Nebraska after it got transferred to CSC. Anyway keep posted if you come to know something.

I just called them and they told me that the case is in Vermont. The change in status may be due to transferring some additional documents to Vermont. Can you guys call and confirm the same information?

I have spoke to 2 so far,  Giving me all mixed info, so I will call back again

One told me I don’t see anything in the system and you have to wait between 12 to 16 months and that’s it.

 

second one said you have only one transfer from the 14th of January and that’s all.

 

i will try the 3rd after they have coffee

omg lol. They definitely need coffee then. I asked the agent like "there was a transfer on 24th of January, and I would like to know where it got transferred to." He was like okay let me check the internal system. Then he told me like it was in Vermont. I asked him why there were so many transfers, and he was like they might have transferred some additional documents to Vermont electronically.

I called back now and the lady was all confused about why it was transferred 3 times and finally she said she will transfer me to a higher up uscis agents, I have to wait 129 minutes and they will call me back from a 202 phone number to further explain. 

 

Now i will be on stand by.

oh my God! That's a long wait. Anyway they would call you back right. I definitely wanna know what they say. You are so patient to wait 129 minutes. Let me know how it goes or what they say.

Finally I spoke to an officer,  she said to ignore the messages via emails or text messages,  only follow with anything that comes in the mail that will be more accurate.

 

she told me currently your case is at Vermont but even her wasn’t sure why the transfer went out on the 24th again.

 

she said what ever we do in reference to your case transfer is for your benefit to speed up the case when it’s moved, and she did confirm that Vermont is moving faster case wise then Nebraska.

 

thats what I could get,  she was to the point and fast.

That's good to know. That's what I thought too ours is still in Vermont.  We gotta wait for that mail and it is taking long to get here. Hopefully Vermont works faster and we get an approval soon.

Hey Youssef,

 

We've just had an update to say it's been transferred AGAIN today (pic)...no idea what's going on but I presume it hasn't actually been moved anywhere going by what the operator said on the phone about ignoring the online updates.

 

Ours has been saying initial review for a while now...
