If the interview was on the 13th, it's been only 2 days since AP.  I would imagine the last minute checking they have to do will take slightly longer than that ;)  AP can take several days, weeks, months, sometimes even years.

Visa approval is NEVER during the interview, there is always administrative processing before (actual) ISSUED status.

Even when a CO during the interview states "approved", that is not actually approval .. as stated before "actual approval" is during AP.    Relax.  Be patient

CO's have been known in the past to make statements as to when a visa might be issued...doesn't mean those statements are actually factual since the CO cannot know how long AP will last.  There are many cases on VJ where members have reported being told by the CO that they'll get their visa by a certain time, only to find themselves in AP for several months or more.  There are also cases where the person has been told they will be approved and everything's fine---and then find out later on it was refused.

As for the questionnaire (DS-5535) it's a possibility you may get it, but also a possibility you may not.  No way to predict.
