I thought this joke was hilarious and so did my wife and her GF. The joke seemed more to slam men anyway. Seen much worse men bashing jokes around here btw - doesnt bother or offend me.

I personally didn't bully anyone...and I don't think it's cool to dismiss someone's opinion with 'vj sheesh' or 'lighten up' etc. Obviously the joke's not for everyone...but what's the message being sent here 'if you find this joke offensive then you're a tightazz and <fill in the blank>'

Opinions are different...you don't have to like it, but why (ironically) people are making a big deal that some of us found it offensive is kinda funny. Read it or ignore it, but move on! Making a big deal of it by telling people they're making too big a deal about it is really silly imo.

Lisa, but you did exactly what your telling other ppl not to. And you did make a big deal out of it, even posting an example of your reason for being offended. "Read it or ignore it, but move on!" those are your words, and ill add " and voice your opinion but dont attack others for finding it funny" (not saying your attacking anyone im just stating it and adding to your statement).

I resented your implication that I was somehow being a bully by expressing my opinion on this matter. I did not bully anyone - I said this joke was derogatory towrds womren. I found the joke to be offensive and I spoke up about it. And I will not be made to feel guilty for doing so.

ETA: I am sure that brindokiegurl meant no offense when posting the joke. But I don't think that's a reason to ignore it when it's something that I feel strongly about.
