Passport book and cars for child under 16:

Am I missing anything?

DS-11

Passport picture

Birth certificate

Papers that I have sole custody (The original one plus a translated one)

Pictures of his I-551 stamp

My naturalisation certificate

Proof that he lives at the same address as me and is registered at the school here

So what I'm nervous about is all those documents that says the bio father has to sign and all that. We have no contact at all so can't get those.

I-551?

Where was your son born? Is he a US citizen? or Father US Citizen?

No my son was born in DK. He became a citizen with me yesterday as I took my oath.

His 2 years GC expired doing the I-751 process and I got him a new stamp in his passport as you have to show proof of being a GC holder in order for me to apply for a passport for him now instead of with the N-600.

It does say needs both custodial/guardians which I would say shouldn't be necessary since I do have legal sole custody and therefore my ex have no custody of him. But I will fill it out anyway and bring it along with me. Thank you!
