I know this is trivial but now I'm curious on how both of you got the 21K.

 

For me, the last three weeks' data shows an average of 3.1 months based on receipt and issuance

(1,060,000)/(213,000-139,000) = 14 wks = 3.3 months

(968,000)/(235,000-151,000) = 12 wks = 2.6 months

(923,000)/(209,000-143,000) = 14 wks = 3.2 months

I took the inventory (968k) + new received (143k) minus issued (209k), this comes to 902k. They claim to have 923k awaiting. The difference is 923k - 902k = 21k. I think you already figured this out in your post above.

I may feel tempted to cook up an emergency if I don't receive it in the next week or so. I live in Baton Rouge and when I called DOS they said my application was in New Orleans.

Same fuzzy math here:

 

1 week to arrive to Passport operations + 5 weeks processing.

Applied on 5/15 From local USPS in San Antonio. No response yet. Application states "In Process" I believe the application is with Houston office. Anyone in same situaton? It is been 3 months jesus.

I applied on 6/18 and the status still says "in process" for me. Over 9 weeks now and who knows how much longer.

Name change on neutralization certificate do u think it will  take longer if I have name change on my neutralization certificate when I applied my passport the post office worker she take photo copy of my old driving license and my neutralization certificate she did not attach court order name change paper .. when I asked her she said she doesn’t need any court order paper she just attach Original neutralization certificate and my driving license copy with my old name .. Does it take process long??

My passport application status is shipped applied on 29 July from Dallas Texas it took 3 weeks only ...
