Oh ok. So I believe it was random when they send email notice. As for me 3 applications didn't receive notice. I just knew that it was "In Process" when we check online banking if the checks were encashed.

I think it may be random. For me, the e-mail and status update was a day before the check was cashed. As long as there is not a huge delay in processing it is all good!

@Texans_99, I hope we get our approvals this week. There were 1.61 million awaiting issuance in the week of 6/18. Since then 1.55 million have been issued.

Just wondering , they didn’t offer to use debit card?? I used my debit card at usps to pay for it and within three days my application was in process..

the guy at usps just asked me to write two checks and he dictated what to write. My check to the State has already been cashed on July 28th but the acceptance fee check to usps still remains pending for some reason. My application does show that it is in Process. One would think that USPS would want to cash my check as soon as possible given they are being starved for cash these days.
