I got e mail this morning my Passport was approved and shipped. Processed at Dallas passport Agency. Applied on August 10th. They started to process on August 20th. Exactly 4 weeks.

Just got my certificate back. So the complete timeline for Routine (regular/standard) processing with standard delivery, applied for both book and card ($140 total + $35 USPS execution fee):

1. When you fill up the application form DS-11 (for New Passport Application) or DS-82(for Renewal of Passport Application), you need to put any travel dates and country (approximation or estimated).

 

2. Processing Time in Dallas TX. It all varies. As you submit your application to National Passport Processing Center (Post Office Box 640155 Irving, TX) The Passport Processing Center will send your application to any of the Passport center/Agency. Let us hope that your application will go same Passport Center/Agency where the passport of Datty85 have been processed. Best to wait @Datty85 share to all which Passport Agency will his/her passport be coming from as shown on the envelope.

I agree with the second point.

on the first point, I didn't put any travel dates on my application

Hey all, we applied for my wife's passport on the day-of Naturalization Ceremony, which was 8/4. Still waiting for check to be cashed/tracker to come online. Hoping it is early this week! 

 

Fingers crossed it comes quickly - she's pregnant and Sept is really the last chance to see family in Canada buuut gotta wait for this last step on the immigration process.😄

Just highlight the last/latest update of tracker (see Neoblast last post on page 29) after highlighting, copy and past on "quote". Then add your name and case info. You will notice it will be placed at the bottom but out of the spreadsheet. Put the cursor before your name and keep pressing delete until it will go up and inside the spread sheet/tracker. Let me know if you still having problem and I can do it for you just provide info's needed.

Just fill in your information and it should say " InProcess". If its saying "Not Found", you application is still on the way or not put in the system yet. 

Once the application becomes "trackable", does it tell in what location is being processed?

No. It just shows : In process".  i am trying to find that out too.. i hope its at a quicker processing center..
