I got e mail this morning my Passport was approved and shipped. Processed at Dallas passport Agency. Applied on August 10th. They started to process on August 20th. Exactly 4 weeks.

Just got my certificate back. So the complete timeline for Routine (regular/standard) processing with standard delivery, applied for both book and card ($140 total + $35 USPS execution fee):

Why this for the profile pic?  Often in movies and on TV when they show Hawaii they show this beach/view. So, instead of doing Kauai or some other locale, we decided to do here, so that whenever some show shows Hawaii and this view, we will see where we were married.

Congratulations! Me too didn't receive any email notice and also had checked it and shows "In process" in the morning. It was only in the afternoon when receive the email that it was approved and shipped.

04/09/2018 - check cashed and got NOA in the mail

05/11/2018 - got a letter saying that USCIS is going to use my old biometrics

04/29/2019 - new card being produced notification

05/04/2019 - got 10-year green card in the mail

Thank you for joining in this forum and sharing your case. So you just sent in your application to USPS on 07/11, give them 3-4 days that the National Passport Processing Center will receive your documents. Check your application at this site https://passportstatus.state.gov/ . Once it shows In Process, your application was already received by DOS. You may thought that you will receive email notice from DOS that they receive your application, but actually they will not send notice. Also, if you provided personal check, you may check your online banking if your check was cashed to know your application is already with them.  Hope this helps.

Thank you for the information that helps a lot, I will keep checking I did pay with my debit card but I will track my case with website provided thank you so much :)

May I ask where did you submitted your application? If this is your first time to apply or even renewal of passport, you have to pay thru personal Check or Money order check. If you applied personally on a Passport Agency/Center requesting for expedited processing with a life-death emergency, that is the only way you can pay using debit card or credit card. So I assume you applied on a passport Agency/Center?

I applied at usps in Bakersfield CA, first time for me just got naturalized. she didnt mention anything about money order she gave me total and I paid using my debit card and got receipt. It was not expedited since I am not leaving the country anytime soon. Also she told it is better to get the passport card too because now it is taking longer time to get passports processed :)
