I called up SSN office too. I will have to wait till I get passport and original NC back. The agent told me to send NC original and the copy of NC only. No DL or any other ID needed. They will return the original within 3-4 days after verifying and updating SS info.

Beware, SSN offices are not as organized when it comes to handling important paperwork. My suggestion is to wait until they open back up. No need to rush updating SSN.

Neutralization is better than Neuterization. hahahhaha. Ok Ok i get it , Naturalization misspelled. hehehe. i thought it was funny because first i assumed  it was misspelled as 'Neuterization'  it meant we are all neutered and issued neuterization certificate. ahhahahhahha

Hahaha. Just got neuterized too last week. Man I was literally laughing out loud here.

I agree as well. I would wait until the SS offices are open, which is why I went ahead and applied for passport book and passport card. Worst case you can send in PC for SS update and if they lose it replacing might only cost under $50 vs $555 for NC.

Awesome. I guess i am applying on Monday. So we need original NC and copy of NC and Copy of DL and application printed with barcode and take it to post office , and they take photos and submit it all and give us some proof or tracking for it , correct?

I took: 

Original NC and black/white copy of NC

Original ID and black and white copy of ID

2 photos (I took a pic at FedEX office day before)

2 checks blank for payments

Printed form

 

and I paid $157.13 for Passport and passport card and 1-2day delivery and $35 Execution Fee

**As of August 28, we have completed processing applications received in March and are 82 percent through the applications received in April, May, and June. Due to nationwide variations in staffing and the type of applications, some of our passport agencies and centers are already working on applications received in July and August. If you applied before April and have not received your passport yet, we may have sent you a letter requesting additional information to continue processing your application. Please respond to this letter.

We applied for our son’s first passport on 8/15, check was cashed 8/27 and we can also view the status ‘in progress’. I have updated the google drive document.
