Convincing evidence for LOW KEY MARRIAGE and financial support

You won't have a problem. Nobody says you have to have a big wedding to prove you're married. We just went to the courthouse, and were married by a judge. Came home and told our families, hey guess what? And it was all fine. If you're married, and you have your marriage certificate, then you can prove you're married.  Evidence showing you've spent a lot of time together before and after is paramount, too. Sounds like you're going to be fine, so don't worry.

OP my husband and I dated for a month before meeting in person, and were engaged 2 weeks after that first meeting.  We married 4 months after our engagement.  Zero issues.  His family and friends was not at our wedding for several reasons.  No issues.

Thanks for sharing your experience!

Seriously doubt the question will come up, hardly relevant, certainly take what you have showing you ongoing relationship, aside from a few photos be prepared for none of it to be asked for.

Not a big deal at all. My wife and I married at a very small ceremony - without mine or her parents - we had only dated for about 1 year, we were young and broke at the time and didn't want to hear anyone's judgments and negative opinions of why we should wait etc. lol.

We've been married 8+ years now and had the bigger white wedding 3 years ago where we had all of our family and friends etc. present. It was never an issue during the GC & ROC processes. I remember the immigration guy asked why we had only a few of our friends at our first wedding and we explained why. They had no issues with it. I believe you will be fine.
