So we got our 601 approved and my fiance is coming on a K1 Visa. So we have a situation we are unsure of. She lived here for 12 years hence why we needed 601, but she was DACA and had a EAD while she was here with a drivers license and social. She had gotten a DUI while here, paid everything off but did not get her license back because she left the country. She was informed she will need one of those things in her car for 6 months to show she has not been drinking when she were to get her license, but like I said she left the country 4 years ago. So now coming back we are trying to figure out her driving situation, we think she may still need that? But will she be able to bypass the wait for a EAD to get her license because she was already here and in the system with the DMV. She also has an international license which we are unsure will be conflict. If anyone has any insight on this lmk thank you.

Sounds like this is more of an issue/question for your particular state's DMV, as it is not an immigration issue.  Every state is different in how it deals with DUI history and DLs for those with pending AOS.
