Global Entry with different GC Name & Passport Name

Did you ever figure this out? I'm in the same situation where my wife's passport has her maiden name but her gree card has my last name. How did you go by this since this is a 6 month old post?

Yes, we both got our Global entry card last month. Just use the name in her GC for global entry application. Once we did that the application went through. Hope this helps. Good luck

Awesome! That's great! So on the passport part, just enter her passport number but use the name that's on her GC then? Is that what I'm understanding? Congrats on also receiving it!

No, Application should be under her green card name. When they ask about passport details put the name on the passport there. Thats how we did for ours, if i remember it correctly.

So did you put maiden name when you write passport information? Im applying for global entry too.

Why not update passport first with married name and then apply for GE?

In my passport, my married name is next to my maiden name. 

As follows:

sato(black). I didn't have any problems when I book airline ticket. I also want to keep my maiden name for my child in Japan.

My personal opinion only: it's best to stick one name. Either both GC and passport should have married name or both should have maiden name. Mixing names is not practical in everyday's life. You should apply for GE using name on your GC.
