Isn't that wild? I asked them to reschedule my fiancee's appointment until the NVC packet comes and they told me if she doesn't come we will drop you as a client and we will bill you for services rendered.  They asked me, "Who do you think you are God!"    Thanks RT, it's good to know that there are others out there that believe this type of behavior is unacceptable.  I am always very kind to them. For example I asked them to let me know if there is anything you need from me once you receive the packet.  This question was an annoyance to them.  I can't figure out if this is a cultural issue with having an attorney in the Phils where you should always trust your attorney and never ask questions.  So confused with the service I am receiving.  In America, we are used to customer service were people gladly answer your questions.  In fact, you can't even hang up the phone without the customer service rep asking if you have more questions. HEHEHEHEHE

Here is a case in point. USEM does not send a packet. All their information is on the embassy website. Hanks website is used by many and so simple to follow. I continue to advise you to study both and do this on your own. Stop paying for a service you are NOT getting. Ok to wrap up this post. I think the final conclusion is that the attorney is correct. We just have to wait for them to forward our information to Manila. I was looking at the steps for immigrant visas and is why I got confused. Thanks everyone for your help.

Has your attorney informed you about the  uniquely Filipino requirement for CFO-GCP?

YMMV

That's why most of us don't use lawyers. We can buy more Red Horse....or mineral water. However you roll...Follow the instructions on the bottom of Hank's posts. Between Greenbaum and Hank most of the bases are covered...Good Luck...

Finally done...
