Help please CEAC

Hello.

 

I have been trying to complete DS2601 on the CEAC since ladt night. It keeps kicking me off saying internet error cant reach this page etc at the address page.

Is anyone else having issues? 

I checked thd browser i am using explorer 11 and TLS is enabled in the settings as well as java script. I also tried completing it on my phone and the same thing happen.

 

What could the issue be ?

Unfortunately many of us have come across this same problem. It’s nothing you’re doing, it’s literally the website. Here’s some tips that helped my husband and I complete it before the site crashed:

1. Save as often as possible.

2. If the section is too long to complete without saving it before it crashes, try only putting in the amount of answers that it will let you continue on to the next section, save it, and come back to add more answers later (for example: the work history section, just put one job, and one school down. Then pretend that’s all you have, save it. Then go back in and keep adding one job and or one school at a time, until complete.

3. Try to write all your answers in a place you can easily copy and paste your answers into the DS -260 worksheet on CEAC. (For example, write all your answers on a word document and copy and paste them straight into CEAC.)

 

It’s going to keep crashing. Just save as many times as possible. And try your best to be patient, I know so much more easily said then done. Good luck!
