I’ve received Priority Date

Ok so our priority date is September 14th 2019, we’ve been waiting for an interview at Ciudad Juarez since then. Is there anything I should be doing so I don’t miss anything from now until we receive an interview date? I’m assuming the list is long for those waiting an interview. 
 

In the letter it mentions about checking the visa bulletin for updates but I honestly think understand it. 
Can anyone help clear my mind??

The visa bulletin is irrelevant in your case. CR/IR1 are always current regarding priority dates/visa bulletins, as an unlimited amount of visas are available for this category.

 

Make sure you have all the original documents and at least one photocopy of each document you submitted to the NVC, organized in your possession. You’ll get your interview date from the NVC.

Yes visa bulletin doesn’t apply to CR1/IR1, only cases like F2A where there’s limited visa availability. Interview wait at CDJ is about 12 months right now

Not sure what you mean by priority date? Did you get your docs qualified by NVC. If so, It’s a quiet bit long time to be waiting for interview letter.

A year wait time for interview after DQ is normal at Ciudad Juarez.

Thank you everyone for the insight. I guess our letter should arrive by September of this year. We will continue to be praying and staying positive

Guys on here are right that the waiting for interview nowadays is 1 year pretty much exactly.  We submitted our NVC application in Jan 2019 and got a notice for our interview Jan 3, 2020 after 12 months and my husband's interview will be 2/12/20.  Just be patient.  We were impatient too, but we can't do anything about it.  Just try to find fun time together with your husband.  go hike, out of town, etc hehe... good luck...   He is going to CDJ too.  Monday will be Medical in the morning and biometrics in the afternoon.  Tuesday will be police certificate.  Wed at 745am is his interview at Ciudad Juarez and visa/passport will be delivered in the same location too, so we could hopefully get it the next day or Fri or even Sat.  If everything goes well, he will be flying back home to San Jose Sunday that week.  So we planned on 1 week and hopefully it works.
