We see loads of people getting RFEs because they have NOT submitted enough evidence of bonafide marriage for ROC. I have asked before but got no answer: what exactly did you send for your AoS? Joint bank accounts? Wills? Shared lease agreement? Joint health insurance?

Hard to predict whether what you have is sufficient or not, when we don't even know what exactly you are planning to send for starters.

Sorry, my mistake.

I submitted about 220 pages of evidence.  It was a lot of photos, family/friends testimony, online communication between both sides of family, delivery receipts to our addresses, shared leases, shared memberships, shared travel expenses.  It was formatted as a coherent photo timeline with description - showing our relationship from start to end, and after.  My lawyer said they'd never seen anything like it.  We didn't have shared wills or bank accounts as we're young and didn't feel we had a need for that, though I realise that would've helped for these interviews.

The type of evidence that seems to hold most weight for Removal of Conditions is financial comingling. Different stages of the immigration process require/accept different types of evidence. In AoS, officers might be much more lenient with the quantity/quality of evidence because it makes sense that a newlywed couple have very little to show.

For Removal of Conditions, the bar is set higher because in theory the couple has had enough time to include each other is insurance policies, wills, powers of attorney, credit cards, lease agreements, etc etc.

In other words, the evidence you submitted for your AoS might not be enough for RoC. That being said, you were granted a GC under circumstances in which the absolute majority of applicants would be denied, so your best bet might be to consult with an attorney again to see what they suggest this time around.

Please come back to let us know of the outcome.

I would heavily recommend an attorney. There are plenty of situations where USCIS gives RFE's because people have provided proofs that they already have from the AOS applications.

It's very very possible that it will be as simple as someone confused as to how your I-485 was approved just RFE you entire case for updated evidence because they already have what you can provide.

Not to mention, if the person doing the intial look over of your application only sees the I-751 form and cover letter, they may just reject it for not providing any of the bare minimum required proof along with the form.
