Hello All,

I have resubmit my documents on 3rd Jan 2020 as NVC reviewed my documents and asked for 2 additional documents

i have submitted the documents on 3rd Jan 2020.

Can anyone give the idea as per your experience that how much time NVC may take to review my documents after resubmission

Thanks

Thanks @payxibka

Is this helpful if I call NVC and ask for update?

What is going to be the next step by NVC?

Thanks

Aman

Thanks for the update

I think they put us in the queue for all New Documents to be reviewed cases.

It's taking around 7-8 weeks time

I had a similar situation. Our police certificate was deemed invalid as it did not follow the proper requirements for the Privacy Act. We have since re-submitted the appropriate document on CEAC. I find it interesting though that the upload date still has the original date that I uploaded the police certificate and not the date I uploaded the new one. Will this mean NVC will process our form sooner since the date listed is back from November and not January when we submitted? Or will we be stuck with another 8 weeks like before...

Thanks for any thoughts.

@HRubin

I called NVC and they said our case goes back to waiting list for Documents review time as it is for new files

For e.g. if you resubmit any document today then you have to wait again for next 5-6 weeks

as per NVC they are working on the documents submitted on 4th Dec (Attached picture)

@FD21
Whenever you submit a new document your waiting time goes back to queue

For example; if the current waiting time is 2 months and you submitted a new document then your waiting time will again go back to 2 months
