The Philippines and Lebanon were recently added to the countries that will now submit everything to the NVC. Countries required to send both parts I & II of the DS-230 have the interview dates scheduled by the NVC. See HERE where you will find the addition....... Also Instructions for Immigrant Visa Applicants applying in Albania, Canada, Lebanon, Philippines, Turkey, United Arab Emirates or on the continent of Africa

Eventually all countries will have the interviews scheduled by NVC.

jsar13,

Why don't you call the NVC and tell us what you find out?
