From what I heard recently, settlements are wins for everyone, so it looks like CNN won again!

“After more than a decade of litigation, negotiation and appeals we are pleased to have resolved a longstanding legal matter,” a CNN representative said.

My work partner got rear ended. Had to have neck surgery. Hey ot about 140K settlement plus medical costs  . I wonder if the defendant's insurance company felt like they won?
