I married to a US citizen, it’s real marriage, but we don’t have kids and house now. we went to I-485 interview at November 7th,2019. The interview officer said immigration got information about I used false bank statement to the college to keep my F-1 student visa. (I used the false bank statement to show I had enough to attend school. I still paid tuition one year at school. I quit school at 2019 spring after I file I-485.) The interview officer approved my I-130, but I have to file I-601 waiver, and my I-485 is still pending. I file I-601 and gave some evidence to show my husband extremely hardship. I got denied today, the letter the extremely hardship was not accepted by the law, the letter said  my husband can relocate to my home country, he can learn my country language, he can find a job in my country, he can get all the medical care in my country. We didn’t get a attorney for my case. They allowed to apply the I-290B in the next month. What should we do about this? I only have one month to appeal . I quit my school, I don’t have my F-1 student visa now. If the appeal denied again, I would get a deported decision.
