That is the only kind of proof I could imagine that might cause USCIS to investigate.......

No.....

if anything then she has a text from me that says "you should pay me because you got the green card and I got nothing"

I know it is stupid, but this was during a fight.

every time I  accused her of misrepresenting herself she said I am delusional

Yes, it sounds like she did. And this is where the knowledge of the risks is valuable. If she was well educated in immigration, then you were at a disadvantage because she knew everything she could do legally to remain here.

Put it this way, now that you know what you know, would you be more cautious of someone that you have to immigrate here and take a lot more time to find out if they are doing it because they love you?

Your story is not the first and it won't be the last. You can do a search on this forum on marriage fraud. People who are desperate to seek a better life will play a long game and pretend to love someone just so they can bring over their real family later. To them, it is a sacrifice they make to create a better life for their family.

The funny thing is that she is not from a third world country, she is from Finland

You accusing of fraud is not enough. And based on what you posted about her, she knows too well not to admit to it via test or any other means.

She has accomplished her goal. It is time to move on.

Probably the first Finnish one I can think of, anyway nearly a daily occurrence here so best you can do is seek the advise of a Divorce Lawyer, not an Immigration Lawyer.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

You need to watch what you send her at this point.  By texting her that you are close to admitting fraud yourself with respect to immigration.   Just be careful, and as others have suggested, take care of the divorce.

I am in no way trying to fear monger but the OP should be careful about what he texts. If I am not mistaken there was another topic where an immigrant was held captive, got away, and later on the spouse asked for $50,000 or an amount of money which was extortion. Can the statement in bold be construed as extortion? I am trying to help the OP know the gravity of his statements.

You can't do anything. Now that she has her Green Card, and a 10 year GC at that, it will be almost impossible for it to be taken away. You had leverage before she got the GC, but now, any means to try to have her removed is futile. She is here to stay. This is why it is best to get to know someone as much as you can before marrying and immigrating.

The best advice for you now is to divorce and move on with your life. And if you are wondering, yes, you are still on the hook for the affidavit of support.

It sound like she had a well thought out plan. And it sounds like she did research and knew a lot about the immigration system. There are some people who know how to play the long game. The moment you had an inkling of fraud you should have made a move to protect yourself.

I've read several cases of women fraud that marry only for the green card. And I see that women can be more manipulative and calculating than men. So I hope these cases serve a lot of men who believe that the woman is in love!

I married my wife 2 years ago, she misrepresented herself, she acted as if she loves me and wants to be with me.

she had her interview a few months ago but she didn't tell me that she got the visa, she only told me a month ago, she dragged the process so we will be married for 2 years so she'll get the 10 year green card.

She made me take her on a honeymoon just so she can have photos for her interview, the honeymoon was a disaster, all we did was fight, she ended up staying in a different room.

about a month ago we started fighting because I told her that she misrepresented herself and I told her not to come, that I will withdraw her petition.

before I could do anything she arrived in the US, I don't know where she is staying and she clearly changed her address and received the GC there.

She is now saying that she is afraid of me because I am a violent person and that she never want's to see me again.

What can I do to make her go back and take away her green card.

You can’t do anything, but make sure she does not become a public charge because you will be responsible for that and/or co-sponsors
