My wife and I have her adjustment of status interview next week. She initially came here on a k-1 and we married earlier this year. I am aware of all the new documents I need to bring, to prove bona fide marriage. My question is, do I need to bring copies of previous documents, such as what we submitted for AOS and the K-1? Say, for example the 864 I submitted with the AOS? Do I need to bring it again, or is it fine to just bring new, necessary documents they haven't received yet?

You should carry all the documents that are pertained to the case and that includes documents submitted for K1  & AOS

its always better to have something and not need it than to need something and not have it.

I brought copies of many of the same documents we already submitted, and exactly 0 of them were needed, but there are some documents with a (unless already submitted) that you can bring at your discretion

as with anything it depends on your officer

I recently had my AOS interview in mid December, got approved same day and received our card in one week. my wife and I brought our CA ID's, DL's, Socials, Passport,  Joint Bank Statements, lease agreements,  biometrics, Birth & marriage certificate, photo album, the entire I-485 package (including i-765,i-131,i-864), and whatever documents I received in the mail. However, the interviewer just asked for our ID's and passport and that's all we presented. He mainly wanted to see how she's adjusting to her new lifestyle.

Regardless of what you read, just try and bring whatever possible that is listed on your interview notice. Those are the main documents you should have to prepare for this.
