Hey, I am trying to gather all documents for the medical & interview in London but I am Bulgarian native. Do I need to get official translations of the following in English:

  • Birth certificate, vaccinations and Police clearance (I have them only in Bulgarian at the moment)

Also, do I need to get a medical history document from my GP in the UK and from Bulgaria?

Thank you:)

Anything required for immigration needs to be translated. The London K1 instructions state--

All documents not in English must be accompanied by an official, certified translation in English. The translator must provide  a signed statement confirming that the translation is accurate.  Only one copy is needed. The translation does not need to be notarized.

Note: Applicants are also required to bring the original document, in the original language.

The medical people have been okay with people in the past just bringing the printout NHS has and not from prior countries, even if it was basically brand new and blank. Weird, huh?. You can call the clinic to verify.
