hello everyone,

id like to ask anyone who knows how does NVC works , how long does it takes NVC to review resubmitted document ? I resubmitted 2 documents on NOV 24 and I didn't hear anything yet from them , is this normal ?

they already accepted the other documents in 3 weeks so why they took so long to accept that 2 documents ?

another question, when they accept documents it means they reviewed them already or no ?

thanks in advanced

Timeline

you were lucky the first time that they reviewed them so fast because they usually take 5 weeks or more. When you resubmit a document you go back in line and don’t get priority for being a resubmission. They are currently reviewing documents submitted from early to mid November, from what I have seen on the January NVC thread. And yes, if some of your documents were accepted the first time then it’s because they reviewed them.

Thanks for your replay,

so now you said they are reviewing documents submitted to them during early to mid NOV

SO what it does mean in this pic ?
can you explain this to me ?
By the way I saw your timeline you submitted iV on NOV 16 and you got your DQ on DEC 30

I don’t understand clearly what dates they review now

Yes that’s what it says on their website, but if you check the NVC January thread you will see they are approving people who submitted around the middle of the month too. They have even approved people who submitted in December, but those are exceptions. It is a little random.
