Sorry bro, but you're coming at us the wrong way. You can't come here asking for help and then turn around and tell people not to answer just because you don't like/understand what they're saying. They have actually answered your question already but you seem more interested in telling people to not comment. I was gonna help with info, but you need a reality check. Don't bite the hand that feeds you bro.

Yes

This Question is

She was dependent upon her parents before marriage. She never did any job, so therefore she never filed tax return.

Now What I should do

Do you know what a domicile is? Maybe your wife could join this thread?

Edited to add:

What she did in the past, before marriage, means nothing. What does she have to show a current/upcoming domicile in the US?

She can move back to the US first....just as I did........you just don't want to accept that......

Same here, even with a joint sponsor I moved back and in two months I had a job again and off we went to the interview. It sucks, but oh well...suck it up.

US immigration does not care at all about family structures in Pakistan.

Your wife likely needs to move to the US ahead of you to find a place to live, open bank accounts, get a driver's license, etc. and prove you both intend to live there.

This is not a place to justify, I know who is saying accordingly and who is not.

Why are you generalizing one case to others?

You must respect other post if you have gone through this situation then comments positively here.

my post is postive

I am telling you missileman lived in his wife's country and had to go thru the same thing

and generalizing is what immigration does/ they expect all of us to have US residency /  i had to proof it to by sending copy of my passport, driving license,  deed to my house

you are the only one who is not respecting of our posts and therefore i will stop posting as you can not be helped
