Her valid US passport probably counts as proof of domicile. There's a bunch of other documents and proof she can use. For one, she can say she's in PK temporarily because her family is all in the US. Write statements to say she's in the US temporarily and intends to move back to the US shortly. Does she have a temporary visa? that can also be used as proof of her intent to stay temporarily...

She travels on overseas card.

It will likely take more than her passport and a letter.  She needs to show documents connecting her to the US like bank statements, tax returns, bills, etc.....she's been living in Pakistan for several years.

I read the question.......You need DOCUMENTATION.......

Where does she plan to live when you both return to the US?  Where does she plan to work when you both return to the US?    She must show INTENT to continue life back in the US.

Or she can return to the US, establish domicile, then submit documents, and you follow after the visa is issued.

I would very grateful if you please could not answer. Kindly Let those people reply who have experiences this situation.

in Pakistan we have dependent family structure.

You kindly ignore my message and let others answer

Thanks

My last try ... your situation coming from Pakistan will not change this part of the process.

Why are you creating mess here?
You are posting unnecessarily. Why are you spoiling my post?

You are violating the rules.

No, he has valid points. How does your wife plan to support you with no job, no money, not even a bank account in the USA?????? You will definitely need a cosponsor in order for it to be approved.
