Hello there,

As I am writing these my heart aches, been weeks now that waiting for our passport or our visa on hand is killing. I kept reading about people who seek for an advise here, and seems everyone got a help from everyone..

December 10th my kids and I had an interview at USEM. To make everything short, CO questioned me why my son's birth cert is late registered so told the reason then gave me 221g/white slip requesting to send them some documents ( hospital records, school records, babtismal record ) for my son's with our passport together. So after a while of gathering them I managed to send them on the 16th and consulate received our documents on the 17th ( based on 2go tracking ).
1 of our MNL # indicate it's ready, and 2 of our MNL # in under AP on the 17th and 31st December until now.

Is there anyone that experienced the same and succeeded to get their visa? is there a chance for our k1 and k1 visa to be approved? If so what is the time line? Or any number at the USEM that you all can suggest for us to call so that we can expedite our application.

Thanks in advance, God bless..

You're in AP. As long as you provided the information there is nothing else you can do. It's hard to wait, but really that's the only thing you can do.
