I completed my interview in the US Lebanon embassy on December 31, and they told me that they need 2 weeks to give me my passport back. I checked ceac and it says that the visa was issued (Your visa has been printed. Depending on local procedures at the location where you were interviewed, your visa will be mailed or available for pickup soon. If there are further questions, or if we need updated contact information, you will be contacted. ), and it was last updated on January 3. USTRAVELDOCS, however, says this: 'There is no status update available for the passport number submitted".

So anyone has an idea about what I should do at this point? Should I call the embassy? Or should I try to go to aramex ( where they are delivering the passports ) and ask if they got it yet?

This means the consular officer has approved and printed your visa, but the passport itself hasn't been handed over to shipping or become available for pick-up. Give it another couple of days for the bureaucracy to take its course. It took 4 business days for my passport to be shipped to me after ceac showed the visa as issued.

Well consular officer has approved and printed your visa. Passport is ready for pick up or may be they already mailed it. Try to check it with your mail carrier. Normally  people receive it with in a week after your visa is printed and issued. Jan 3 is long long time ago and do not trust on " USTRAVELDOCS, (however, says this: 'There is no status update available for the passport number submitted". ), because some times they do not update  " USTRAVELDOCS,". Good luck.
