I don’t know but let us know pls!

Was like 25 minutes, the guy seemed okay but I asked him a few times over when he wouldn't give me an answer and he just told me to wait to receive the letter. I was pretty nice, he did tell me that my application was received 31st August. So I don't know if thats my priority date? Cause according to my mail tracking it was received the 26th? 😵 I did just get the 535 taken out of our bank though woohoo.

Here's hoping the 31st is my priority date... though one thing is certain. I'm gonna be on this long ride with the rest of you for some time now. 😩

We too

My husband and I also got Nebraska. They seem to be very slow as they have had our petition now for almost 4 months and we still have not gotten our NOA2 letter. The whole process is tortuous . All we want is to be together!! Good luck!

You should try the K3 route if you haven't already since you are in Nebraska. It's going to cost you postage only and might speed up the processing of your I-130.

I have not tried the k-3 yet. I have an immigration lawyer and have already paid him $1895 to file the I-130. I will have to ask him how much he will charge for the k-3. I just didn't want any problems with the filing.  Was your k-3 denied and your I-130 approved? It's so confusing to me. Lol!!

I submitted the K3 application a few weeks ago so I haven't heard anything, I don't think TSC is working the same way Nebraska is with regards to the K3 but many of the people that have NSC are getting approved faster when they apply for K3 as soon as a month after their K3 is denied and I-130 is approved. you can search up on it here and see. You can file it yourself if you want, just follow the instructions on USCIS website, or just wait.

I'm sorry everyone. I'm lost here. Why the excitement about Potomac?, does it mean the processing time varies?,

Yes, Potomac currently has the fastest processing times compared to the rest. Nebraska is the slowest. You can check the processing times here: https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/

OK. Now I understand. Thanks. Saying nebraska is the slowest, I think it's califonia cos I could see up to 25 month for spouse of PR.  I will ask my wife about our service center. I didn't bother to ask because I thought they all have same timeline. Thanks once again.

Is it just me or does anyone feels the same?.

After getting our NOA1 and PD, I just became restless, anxious and looking forward to be with my love.

You won't believe I have drafted my resignation letter, waiting for the right time to tender at my place of work.

If I'm feeling this way in just few weeks of my wife returning to the US,  how do people waiting for like 2 years feel?, I'm sure it will be horrible.

Goodluck to every August filers.

I hear what you are saying but I'm trying to just enjoy the calm before the storm because the Nvc phase is a lot more involved than this. Just enjoying the break and then going to get started on assembling the packages we need for Nvc and then go from there. No one knows for sure how long their wait time will be. You can get slowed down by random things or randomly be faster than expected. Just have to take it as it comes.

The I-129F is free to file. Are you a US Citizen and can you read enough to fill out a form? I'd send it in. You provide a lot of the same information that is on the I-130. Typically the I-129F is denied and the I-130 is approved shortly after. 2 petitions means 2 sets of eyes on your case.

Honestly - expect the 26th to be your PD date! Even though your funds weren't taken out until after, I think they make the PD the day your documents actually arrive!

Dude.. I've felt that since before my NOA1, probably since the day I got married!

I've put my life on complete pause, not finishing schooling until I'm in the US, not getting a permanent job, just doing temporary stuff in and out my trade. Just entirely focused on a life that I won't live for another year minimum. It's not frustrating though, cause I know there's a light at the end of the tunnel.

I'm sure others feel the same.
