 Finally I130  approved after 13 mths , now just need to get ready for NVC

Finally, an update after several weeks. Please what is your PD and service center?. Is the petition from USC or LPR?

August 12 and Texas

Things are moving along now hopefully for everyone i was approved last week October 2 , and I just received the email form NVC .

Thanks, I just got a RFE today too. 

California moved to texas. 

Pd: August 22,, 2019.

 

 

Anyone has idea how long it takes for approval after sending RFE?

I had a rfe from Texas and mu country is Nigeria. Mines took 63 days to be approved.

Thanks for the information . Same texas and same home country of Nigeria. That means I will likely get approval before the end of the year.

By God's grace. Once it passes 60 days make sure to call USCIS. To let them know it outside processing time, I did that and three days later I was approved.

Hello there! the pandemic and the lockdowns definitely contributed to the delay. Thankfully, I completed my interview early this month, and received my passport/visa yesterday.

Waoh. Please when was your noa2 approval?, and when were you DQ at NVC?

NOA2 date was April 21, 2020. We were documentary qualified at the NVC in August 2020 - this took time because I had to renew my passport to reflect my married name (the name we used in our I-130 submission). Passport renewal was delayed because government offices here were closed due to the lockdown.
