My people, please look into this.

My case used to be at the California service center, spouse of LPR and PD is August 23.

Response to my recent uscis enquiry returned with a response to follow texas service center as shown in the red circle.

1. Does this mean I will follow texas timeline or stick with former timeline of California?.

2. If my case was eventually transferred to texas, then I'm confused on the blue circled part which state that my case is within time frame. Because according to texas "spouse of LPR" timeline, I have already passed the date of enquiry.

What do you advise? 320d2d65-da27-4e04-bdfb-e8274311ac5d

May I ask the website you are checking this because someone I know is with Texas service center and no updates  since the NOA1, PD: 8/25/2019 and they show processing  time this morning as 10/12/2019

Honestly, no one knows for sure. We all like to speculate that it means someone has touched your file, and you’re getting closer to being approved (since a lot of people say they get approved within a week of it being touched). However, there have also been plenty of people who didn’t get any date changes and then were approved.

All you can do is wait and hope that good news comes soon! :)

I just got an approval yesterday 😃

Congratulations on your approval.  My friend tried to put in a case inquiry because her case is pass processing  time as of this morning they are pocessing  cases at TSC 10/12/2019, and her PD is 08/15/2019. The website said couldn't  place an inquiry  because case is within normal processing time. How could  this be?

Same things happened to me. I called to speak to a live agent, though, and he put in the request for me. Other people from Facebook tried to do this, but they were told that the processing times online were a mistake. I guess it depends on the agent you get.

That’s so interesting! I submitted an inquiry online Friday night and it went through. The email said to expect a response by May 31st.

I received an email response today! Unfortunately, all it said was the case is within normal processing times. According to their timelines, this would be incorrect. However, the representative that placed the inquiry for me told me the last three letters in the confirmation code for the inquiry typically tells you the service center it’s located. In this case, my case would have been transferred to California. However, their dates are processing from 2014 which is unrealistic. Part of me wants to call yet again, but I feel like I’m just going on a wild goose chase.
