Congratulations for your approval.

Finally got my I-130 approved this morning!
I-130 applied on August 1st
NOA 1 - August 6th
NOA2 - April 14th

Texas SC

My case still shows 'case being reviewed' but I noticed that the date changed yesterday and today. I checked my document and there it was! Approval April 14th! I did not receive a text or email notification.

Onto the next stage. Glory to Jesus!

Hello, did anyone else receive an email from NCV the day they got their approval letter? I recieved it within 2 hours of approval. With case ID and invoice ID as well. I read that people have to call to get their case number after several days after approval.

I received an email from NVC on the same day of my approval as well.

I didn’t get any email and after calling NVC they said the IOE number isn’t in the system and told to wait 6 weeks. Anyone else still waiting for NVC welcome email/letter?

Also are the timelines shown in below link accurate:

https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/nvc-timeframes.html

Is that what we should go by and call them once it’s beyond that? Also it says beginning of this week they’re processing cases submitted end of Jan so around 2.5 months. Is that to be interpreted as current wait time for NVC approval?
