For what it’s worth - once you’re done waiting for USCIS to approve, getting over to NVC with an IOE is basically instant. Once they finish all of the paper apps, I’d be surprised if things didn’t speed up for everyone.

Question off topic, I called USCIS today to find out where my case is getting processed at and found out that it's been processed at CSC, but Initially i received my NO1 from Taxes service center, my question is when your case was transferred to CSC did you get a letter from USCIS? how did you find out that your case was transferred to CSC?

They’re not sending out letters for IOE transfers since they’re digital cases. I sent an inquiry

I am in the same boat! I received my NOA1 from Texas but found out after calling an agent to check our status that we are at California. Never received a transfer notice but I had this confirmed by 3 different agents. I am also confused about processing times for US citizens.. Ask Emma told me 6 months but I don't think she's very accurate.

From the Texas center. Today I received the letter via My USCIS account telling me what I have to send in. They’re actually working fast. Hopefully we all get an approval soon ❤️

Just a fyi for everyone waiting for noa2's. All interviews are cancelled atm so the reality is a fast approval through nvc wont really help you. We are all probably adding 2 or 3 months at least to our waits with this. So again like I said in a previous post. Best thing to do is focus on what you can get through this hard time right now and realize we wont be getting interviews until next year at best most likely. Trying to expedite nvc or OCD checking your I 130 isnt going to change the fact that interviews are cancelled.

Obviously it's great to be moving forward but until they start doing interviews again we aren't actually making any progress. Just do what you can when they let you know because otherwise you're just stressing out over nothing really.

I see that a lot of people are getting I-130 approval and NVC email the same day or within a few days.

With this virus outbreak, it's difficult to obtain PCC. My husband's home country is under a national shut down for 3 weeks. They might extend it too.

We have all documents except PCC from his home country. Do we have to wait till we get the PCC to upload ? We have a PCC that we obtained last year. The validity was 6 months and it expired on July 2019. He is currently residing in his home country.

August 1st is my PD and I am still waiting on my NOA2.

I sent an email request and the response was a general email stating that the case is still within regular processing times.

Anyone in the same shoes?
