I'm just going to rant because I am really irritated with the USCIS. My PD is August 19. And according to people on here, the date shown on my account is Sep 17, 2019. Meaning NO ONE has looked at my case. I am in the middle of going back to school, figuring my school location, and holding a full time job for income purposes. And when I called them there is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING THEY CAN TELL ME. They keep repeating the same freaking thing: your case is still in normal processing time. WELL YES! I KNOW THAT. BUT I JUST WANT TO KNOW HAS IT BEEN LOOKED AT SO I KNOW WHAT TO PLAN NEXT. NOT TELL ME GO TO USCIS.GOV TO SEE DEC 1, 2018 IS THE DAMN DATE FOR NEBRASKA 😒😒😒😪😪😪 (sorry guys, just had to let it out)

Is that your first date change? I've been looking around and noticed something (I'm not sure if this 100% happening but I just noticed). Usually you get 2 date changes and then you get an approval. I got my first date change on March 3 from September 25 (PD August 16, NOA1 August 20). Fingers crossed we all get some good news this week!

I'm a nurse and I work full-time. I'm grateful that I have a job and i am able to help the community during this virus outbreak. I'm just tired of living alone and waiting. Being away from each other during this pandemic really hurts. My husband is concerned about my health as I am getting exposed to the public everyday. I'm taking all the safety measures but the increase in the number of COVID19 cases in U.S scares both of us. It's been 7+ months since I filed. Nothing yet. I hope I get to live with my husband before this virus kills me.

I never thought Potomac would slow down like this😔

I was really hoping that my husband would get here this summer but I don't see that happening with what's going on around the world now.

My heart goes out to all those who are going through a rough time!!

I dont think a lot of cases get looked at prior to someone actually looking at it with the intention to approve or RFE or deny.  I think they just sit there until this happens.  I dont think its like they do one thing one week and then a month or so later go in and update one thing, etc.  Maybe I am wrong though...   I wouldn't get too frustrated it will only make the wait worse but I do hope the rant helped 😉

Well I feel you. The waiting game is killing us slowly, my case is in Nebraska and I’ve seen people getting approved on my same PD and nothing for us, I’m sick and exhausted of this but what can we do? I just keep praying and praying that soon I’ll get my approval. Good luck and cheer up.

This was my 2nd date change since i sent the application over to USCIS, the first date change was on Feb 23 i believe and then this one on March 24. I also noticed something that was quite shocking to me that they changed my service center from Taxes to California, i called USCIS today to find out the status so the lady on the phone issued an online inquiry  and gave me the reference number which was ending with CSC. I also received a reply to my online inquiry from California Service center. I don't know it's just my gut speaking to me that they have transferred my case over from Taxes center to California but i haven't got any transfer notice yet. I might be wrong i just don't know it yet.
