Congratulations to those who their case has been approved. My PD is 08/12/2019 in Potomac center, still praying and believing that this March month won't finish without me hearing good news from USCIS. The approval messages here gives one hope even though I just checked the Potomac center processing time to be 9months to 12 months with case inquiring date as April 03,2019.

So after I saw my case was touched on March 18th sent a message and received the below confirmation my case has been approved! Still waiting on websites to update and confirmation letter. Now all we need is for things to get back to normal and embassies to open up.

Congratulations! It gives us hope. May I know your pd? My case status has been changed last March 11, 2020 but no NOA2 yet. Thank you.

Thank you for this - truly keeps all of our hopes high - Would you be able to tell me how did you message USCIS? And what did you ask for? I was hoping to inquire the same thing because my case was recently updated as well online. Your help is really appreciated!

I sent a msg through my uscis. I asked the below:

"I saw my case was updated on march 18,2020. What does this mean? Is my case still at Texas Service Center?"

I guess for myself personally I dont see the reason to constantly ask if its complete. They usually let people know through mail, text or email within a few days and you will still have to wait weeks for the nvc phase to start even if you do get your noa2. It's better to just focus on what you can do rather than obsessively checking what you cant control. That's just what I've learned so far in my wait. I'm generally happier when I'm focused on other tasks and not thinking about the wait.
