May I know how did you apply for an expedited NOA2 approval?

You call and tell them you want to expedite.

I expedited based on USCIS error which probably shouldn’t have been approved as more and more USC spouse petitions have been reported to be sent to CSC. I also tugged at the heart strings a little since we’ve done LDR for 9 years lol

Oh I see! We’ve been sending expedited request through NVC and they keep on replying to send them copy of the approved NOA2 which we don’t have. Hence, we are requesting to expedite the approval of our NOA2.

Thank you for the reply.

Gotcha! Unfortunately USCIS expedites are incredibly rare, but I see you’re applying through Philippine Consulate so getting the expedite from NVC should be a breeze for you guys, once you have your NOA2. 🙂

Can I send you a private message? I have LDR and I would like to talk more about it

Congrats! Did you have a date change?

Yes, 2/23, but I also got an expedite in the midst of all the confusion

I think everyone has approvals coming our way. I’m still tracking a lot of August cases. I’d be surprised if any of us make it to 10 months waiting as they centralize IOEs
