Hello Everyone! I’m new to this forum and I am August applicant too! Just wondering where do you find the update that August application was approved? Thank you!

Hi. If you look at Igor’s list, you can see the latest approvals for each service center. Here is the link: https://www.visajourney.com/timeline/monthly_filers.php?form=2&visa=3&scenter=3&option=1&sortby=2

It means the I-130 has been approved at USCIS and it will be transferred to NVC for the next step. And yes, it means there are no RFEs.

Thanks again! I hope I didn't screw anything up. I did the whole packet myself a d was paranoid about RFE so I held on to it for the longest. I filed towards the emd of thr month of August so hopefully something comes soon. Even if its an RFE. I at least will know where I stand.

No problem! And don’t worry. A lot of people do it on their own and get approved without any issues. I used a lawyer to file mine, but I don’t think it really makes a difference. I think I could’ve done it by myself without spending all the extra money for the lawyer. I hope you get your approval soon!

We got approved today Alhumdulilah! Got a text and email notification since I signed up for all that.

PD August 8, 2019

Approved: February 13, 2020

good luck to all of you!

Actually the approval notice online on myuscis is showing 2/11/20 as the notice date. So it was approved that day the date updated and it says that it's been sent to NVC. Not sure how long it will take to get there, maybe 2-3 weeks.
