Wow... I can't believe all that has happened this week! I swear I posted last week but the thread wasn't even open then!

I got my online code in the mail today - also an updated PD date of 8/13, 2 days earlier than I thought it was.

Desperately waiting on the I-797C form to arrive!

I think for your, and everybody's sanity, a sit back and relax approach is key. We put in the work on our petitions and they are in now is the longest time with nothing to check or do. Might as well enjoy it because the NVC phase and interview will be stressful.

Deona mailed the packet this morning so should arrive in phoenix tomorrow. Very excited that the journey has begun.

Oh yeah, I think it's just the fact that I'm really anxious to get the I-129F paperwork out that I'm high strung at the moment. I know it's partially due as well that we may have to wait another 2 years before he can move, when we've already waited for so long. I was really hoping he could be here before our 10 year anniversary (December 2020), but in Nebraska it doesn't seem like it will happen. It sucks to feel helpless now when there's still one more thing I can do. It was very nice to get the login info in the mail today.

Congrats on getting your paperwork in the mail! A very big first step indeed. Wishing you better luck than me!

It would be interested to see if the i-129f work around works in Nebraska with an IOE receipt. Keep us updated on the Nebraska thread

Do you know if anyone at Texas SC with IOE receipt number tried the I129f route and had success with speeding up approval for I130? Just curious.

Only way to find out is try. It seems like it helps those in Nebraska. It costs nothing. Send bare minimum on the documents, make sure its sent to the Dallas lockbox and just wait. If 30-45 days pass and nothing happens then it didn't work and you'll get approved with the Texas queue.

Same thing with the IOE Nebraska thing. It's a new system so who knows if it works the same way. @gan1lin2 will let us know if it works for Nebraska ioe filers. That would be great and just confirms how much Nebraska is mismanaged.

I actually already sent it in a few days ago and now waiting for the NOA1 for the I129. Just wondering if anyone already tried and had luck with it. We shall find out by end of September.
