Hello Everyone ,

I just checked the processing times today for pontomac service center.. and it has been updated and changed... Just to sum it up ... PR filling for spouse or child under 21 - time shows 35.5 months to 46 months .

For US citizen it is now 7.5 to 10 months ... And also 2 days back the receipt date was April 29 , 2019 it is now changed back to April 15,2019 . So looks like it is true that pontomac has received transferred applications . Becoming little anxious now .. If anyone from pontomac see an approval .. for I-130 please notify us here.. thanks

Hello,

Just sharing my case.

Pd: August 19, 2019

NOA1: August 22, 2019

Nebraska Service Center :(

I am very anxious because NSC is still on October 2018 according to the USCIS website. And with the virus going around, I am just afraid there will be restrictions to travelling soon or later.

Oct 2018 is just the inquiry date; majority of cases being worked on now are January through early March. They've also just transferred cases from February and from July (or June; can't remember) to other service centers so that should help when it comes to processing August later this year

Our CR1 Journey:

USCIS Stage:

  • Feb 14 2019: NOA1 (NSC)
  • July 31 2019: I129f NOA1
  • Sep 19 2019: I129f NOA2 (Denied - 50 days from NOA1)
  • Sep 19 2019: I130 NOA2 (Approved - 217 days from NOA1)

NVC Stage:

  • Sep 27 2019: Sent to Department of State
  • Oct 31 2019: Case number received (34 days since sent)
  • Nov 1 2019: IV & AOS fees received & paid
  • Nov 14 2019: IV & AOS submitted
  • Dec 18 2019: All docs accepted, but one additional doc requested (5 weeks from submission)
  • Dec 18 2019: Requested doc submitted
  • Feb 19 2020: Documentarily Qualified (9 weeks from 2nd submission, 14 weeks from first submission)

Interview Stage:

  • Mar 11 2020: Interview letter received
  • Apr 1 2020: Interview date
  • Mar 17 2020: Interview cancelled due to COVID-19
  • August 3 2020: Rescheduled letter received, new appointment August 25 2020
  • August 25 2020: Visa approved at interview! (558 days from NOA1)
  • September 10 2020: Embassy received passport in mail
  • September 15 2020: Passport with visa in hand

October 11 2020: Arrived in US!

So anxious to find out what facility it's being sent to!

I see. Thank you for this. I have been thinking of filing I129F, but keep on debating on whether it's worth it or not. I heard if you file I129F and they reject, your I130 gets processed a lot quicker too. I'm going back to school for graduate school soon, so I just want my S/O to be here to settledown before I go back to school.

Doesn’t hurt to try, those who filed I129f in October and beyond seemed to have heard nothing so far though, so at the least, the 1-2 months after I129f doesn’t seem to be the case anymore. However, the posted processing time for I129f at Nebraska is around 7 months, so maybe some of those cases might hear once their 7 months is up.. no way to tell at this point though. But with maybe ~5 months left (maybe 4 once they get to June) of processing on your I130, it may not really do much for you. But it also doesn’t hurt to try

New to this thread. I'm an August Filer too.

PD: 08/30/2019

NOA1: 09/04/2019

Nebraska Service Center

But I have a receipt number starting with IOE. I don't know why coz I think those cases sent toNebraska has a LIN receipt number. I did a research also, cases sent toNebraska will take a year to wait for the approval :( Does anyone of you has the same situation as me?

All I130 cases as of June 2019 are IOE receipts, no matter which service center they are assigned to; LIN is the receipt number for pre-June 2019 Nebraska cases. They have been working on transferring many cases out of Nebraska to other service centers, so Nebraska's processing time will, hopefully, start picking up this year

The jump backward to an earlier date in the Processing Time under Potomac Service Center is driving me nuts. I guess it is better not to look at it for the meantime.

Is anyone of you experience this on their internet browser? I am having hard time accessing the uscis website as of today. I am not sure if it has something to do with the security in relation to Trump’s SOTU.
