Are you talking about recieving noa2 because this information is false. People in the June filing thread are already recieving theirs. I'm not sure what the timelines on the uscis website are referencing but it's not receiving the noa2.

Yes. I'm talking about noa2 and the dates I gave were from the uscis timelines. You can see yourself here

https://egov.uscis.gov/processing-times/

The June filling thread people you are talking about, are you sure it's spouse visa or the K1 route?

As at this night, texas center is the only center with earliest date of May 02 approval.

How come June fliers are getting approval for noa2?

Literally this forum june I-130 filers. A large chunk of them are already recieving noa2 confirmations. So again I'm not sure what exactly those processing times mean  but they aren't accurate to what is actually happening.

Or go to here. This is the most recent noa2's that have gone out on this forum. That's every service center but looks like just from the top few that Potomac is sending out for late june filers and texas for middle of june.

Seen.

I guess the waiting time is just an estimate then. That means from late December or January, we should be reading noa2 news from this thread too

Ya basically. From what I have seen so far on this forum its definitely not done in order. Maybe some agents are faster, maybe its split up in batches, maybe countries go quicker than others, who knows. I think the best bet is just trying to focus on other things while you wait for noa2

Lucky you. Texas is the fastest center ever. You should be approved soon as texas is presently approving May 2019 for LPR and January 2019 for USC, while the remaining centers are still in 2018

Oh wow, lucky me lol :) thanks for the info, how did you find out that Texas is the fastest among other centers? is there a page that we can look at?

Potomac generally is the fastest but texas is close. The link I provided shows who is getting noa2's and how long it took.

Haha, at my job I work on a case system and I only allow myself to check & log into the USCIS system every other week. It’s been interesting to see a record of processing times. At lease Nebraska has actually gotten faster by half a month? 😕

Hi, I started to follow you. I am actually very surprised that it has been 3 months since you have filed 129F and you have not gotten approved. I filed mine only Nov 8 and haven't received a receipt yet. I wish I knew about it earlier and could sent it right after I received 130 receipt :(. This all process makes me sick

Tbh, I’m not surprised. I129F hasn’t “worked” for anyone who submitted a 130 since July. My logic is that my 129F will go “out of date” before the 130 so I can request an update in May :)

Who else noticed recently that processing location changed from "integrated operating Env Location" to "E-filed case processing section location" when you check your status on uscis tracker?

I haven’t received one or did not notice any changes on my uscis account yet. Can you provide us a screenshot of how it looks like covering the confidential aspects of your application?

We didn’t get any notification either, but it you log onto your account it will just say the new wording. Everyone got the same change - it was just uscis updating the name of the electronic processing
