Hi everyone!

I haven’t seen a thread for August filers yet, so I decided to start one.

I sent our package on August 12th. USPS marked delivered on August 14th. Still waiting on a text/email notification.

How are you other August filers doing?

I just quoted you in the other thread! You should definitely be hearing soon!

Aug. 8 - I-130 sent

Aug. 13 - USPS delivered, Pheonix lockbox

Aug. 15 - USCIS received

Aug. 19 - NOA1 text - IOE#

So anxious to find out what facility it's being sent to!

Hi guys! We got an IOE receipt number this time around case is at TSC. We filed for a K-1 visa back in 2018 and it was sent back to USCIS. So we got married and filed for CR1. Hope the new process for IOE numbers actually goes by faster.

Is everyone pretty much getting these IOE numbers?

I think so. It sounds like they finally made a full transition. There were a couple of June and more July filers seeing IOE.

Thrilled to be a guinea pig lol....

I've looked all over and I personally haven't even seen a single July filer that didn't get an IOE number. I think they've moved all new applications to this system after they tested it out on a select few before July. We'll see if those accelerated times we saw with the early IOE folks will continue on for us July and August filers (I'm July 31 PD, so I'll probably follow both July and August threads lol).

A July/mid-year transition makes much more sense than an August one. I bet you're right.
