my wife is a US citizen  she filled i 130 for me in Texas service centre priority date is October 24 how long it will take to get approved?  nd receipt start with IOE what is IOE ?

It is taking about 12-18  months so far.

I'm not sure but thought that IOE receipt numbers are used for applications that are filed online.

All petitions are now IOE petitions. Texas takes about 6-10 months for approval, but an approved petition is not an approved visa and there will be more steps afterwards which will take additional months. Expect around a year or more total for the whole visa process

The number of immigrants in the Immediate Relative categories is not limited each fiscal year. Thus, the info in the visa bulletin doesn't apply to your case. https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/family-immigration/family-based-immigrant-visas.html

Is the petitioner a US citizen or a green card holder? If the petitioner is a green card holder then your case is F2A, not CR1/IR1. CR1/IR1 is for spouses of US citizens while F2A is for LPR’s

As I said earlier Texas is about 6-10 months. Then you have about 3 more months for NVC, then you have to wait more months for an interview (depends on country). If you get put in AP after the interview that can potentially add even more months as well. The entire process itself is 12-18 months on average, and you’ve got a few months more to go at Texas still
