INTERVIEW DATE CHANGE?

Is there anybody here pls who have the same experience with us? My interview is dated July 17... Last few days my husband decided to print the interview date given by the embassy for me to be able to bring to St. Lukes for my early medical appointment... because i have not received packet from the embassy yet.... upon checking of our case again, the site said "page can not be displaced"... This actually happens maybe because of some trouble in their system. This day, that page is already working.... to our surprise,,, upon checking again of our case number,, it says, "case number not found in application list"... does this really happen?

Honestly, we are a little bit worried because my husband already purchased his ticket to go home to manila to be able to accompany me on my interview date.... pur co-vjs Plssssssssss,,, give us some advice on what to do... :huh:

I-751 timeline

3/05/10 - mailed I-751 packet

3/12/10 - arrived at CSC

3/16/10 - online status, NOA mailed but no mail received

3/18/10 - Check cashed

4/15/10 - biometric appointment (notice recv'd in mail - 4/01/10)

4/16/10 - touched

4/18/10 - I-485 & EAD touched????

5/03/10 - Card production ordered

5/11/10 - letter of Approval received in the mail

5/26/10 - email received "letter of Approval" sent in the mail... not yet received till now 6/8/10

7/07/10 - called USCIS why green card has not received yet

7/09/10 - email from USCIS stating that they already sent the GC on May 25th and undeliverable,

adviced to apply for I-90 as it might have been lost in mail

7/25/10 - mailed application for I-90 (replacement of lost or stolen card)

9/16/10 - biometric appointment

9/20/10 - touched

9/21/10 - touched

July 17 is just 5 days from now.. the best thing to do is call the US EMbassy - Manila regarding this.

01/22/2008.....Date of two NOA1 (I-797C) for I-765-EAD & I-131-Application for Travel Document

[Received in mail last 01/26/07]

01/24/2008.....USCIS Chicago encashed our checks

01/28/2008.....Received NOA1 for I-485 though notice, dated 01/22/2008

01/30/2008.....Received Biometrics schedule, Notice date 01/25/2008

02/15/2008.....Biometrics Schedule

02/20/2008.....Confirmation of receipt of RFE (source:USCIS case online update)

02/21/2008.....touched

03/03/2008.....Issued I-512L, Authorization for Parole of an Alien into the United States

03/06/2008.....Issued EAD Card (Employment Authorization)

04/23/2008.....Received Interview Schedule

06/11/2008.....Interview Schedule - Phoenix, AZ

06/14/2008.....Received Notice for the Approval of AOS Application

06/16/2008.....Received Green Card.

July 17 is just 5 days from now..

July 17 is a bit longer than 5 days from now :whistle: I would try to contact someone at the Embassy and ask specifically what the status is on your case. That's really the only way you'll get the best answers.

REMOVAL OF CONDITIONS

12/30/2008: Overnighted I-751 package to VSC

01/06/2009: Check cashed

01/06/2009: NOA (arrived 01/09/09)

01/23/2009: Biometrics appt letter received

01/31/2009: Biometrics scheduled

05/20/2009: APPROVED

06/23/2009: 10 Year Green Card arrived
