Nebraska is taking around 12 months to process petitions so you have a few months left to go before you can get approved and sent to NVC

Oh really ?I thought the approval takes from 7.5 to 10 months that’s what we heard when we apply for the visa

In other service centers like Potomac or Texas, not at Nebraska

For Nebraska with current times it will take around 12 months for your I130 to be approved, after that around 3 or so months at NVC, and then interview wait time depends on the consulate

Finally, Congrats and good luck with the Interview. Thank you so much for the update too.

With this pace I think our IL will be after mid April if they don't get delayed. My husband and I had no idea we will have to wait more than three months after DQ and almost 8 months after approval with USCIS. Hope we will be over soon with this. Best of lucks once again.
