Lost R.O.C receipt number

Hi everyone. I recently filed for removal of conditions for myself and my daughter, both on one application. We received receipt notices extending our permanent residency for 18 months, unfortunately my daughters has been misplaced and we cannot find it anywhere. We called USCIS and they said they cannot find it, went to infopass appointment to get I551 stamp in our passports and they couldn't locate her receipt number either. So I have my receipt number and stamp in my passport but she has nothing. Is there any way to get this number somehow? I know USCIS must have it since they sent a receipt originally.

If you have yours and you filed together they should be able to see her number as a dependent on your case.

Thank you for your answer, I was hoping that was the case but apparently not, not on the phone or at the infopass appointment

Have you talked to a tier 2?

I tried, they told me I have to call back tomorrow to speak to someone higher up.
